Hosel

Founded Hosel, a boutique creative agency delivering brand strategy, creative, and storytelling. Won and led client relationships, including Benchmade Knives and Tanner Goods. Built and led a team that scaled up to 8-9 people with full-time staff and contractors. Co-led creative direction alongside our creative directors, and led the build, creative, and UI/UX for Hosel's own agency website. Defined the company's positioning, pricing, and operating model from scratch over two years, until COVID-driven budget cuts forced the business to close.
