Overview

Identified an opportunity to strengthen Weller Society’s creative capabilities and co-founded Weller Creative in partnership with the founder. I built and led the team that outcompeted 15 agencies to secure the agency-of-record partnership with Marriott Luxury Collection, creating a new revenue stream and strategic anchor client. We delivered a global social and influencer campaign across seven countries in 28 days, earning a Shorty Award nomination and establishing a long-term relationship with Marriott Digital that expanded the agency’s footprint.
