/ About the project
I joined Flicker Media (formerly In The Flicker) to explore and activate the potential for strategic partnership and operational scale. I led a brand transformation from a boutique production studio to a full-scope global creative and production partner, driving UI/UX, web redevelopment, and narrative positioning to set Flicker apart in a crowded market. I also shaped and led the studio’s new business strategy, secured critical partnerships, and converted existing relationships into transformative collaborations, strengthening the studio’s service offerings and commercial reach.
