Joined Flicker Media (formerly In The Flicker) on a one-year contract to lead the studio's brand transformation from boutique production vendor to full-scope global creative and production partner. Owned the UI/UX overhaul, web presence, and narrative positioning, and brought in Standard Studios to support the rebrand. Partnered with Neon Afternoon, an AI asset creation and client development agency, and led new business pursuits — including a pitch win and creative concepting for UFC Project Rock, alongside a pitch to Amazon — to expand the studio's go-to-market reach.
