Joined Flicker Media (formerly In The Flicker) to rewrite the studio’s growth story and unlock strategic partnership potential and operational scale. I led the brand transformation from boutique production vendor to full-scope global creative and production partner, overhauling UI/UX, web presence, and narrative positioning to differentiate Flicker in a crowded market. I also rebuilt the studio’s new business strategy, secured critical partnerships, and converted legacy relationships into larger, multi-workstream collaborations that expanded the studio’s service offering and commercial reach.
